小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)把車(chē)開(kāi)到攪拌站加料漏斗下，使車(chē)的進(jìn)料斗口與攪拌站的出料漏斗口對(duì)正，防止混凝土流到車(chē)外面造成浪費(fèi)和污染車(chē)體。攪拌車(chē)操縱手柄，使攪拌筒正轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)10~12r/min，這時(shí)可向攪拌筒進(jìn)料。料裝到公稱(chēng)攪動(dòng)容量時(shí)，操縱手柄，將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)為1800r/min時(shí),使攪拌筒的攪動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速為1~3r/min，使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速為最小后，然后在駕駛室鎖住手柄，把車(chē)開(kāi)至交貨地點(diǎn)。

混凝土攪拌車(chē)從進(jìn)料開(kāi)始到卸料完畢允許的最大時(shí)間為1.5小時(shí)或拌筒旋轉(zhuǎn)300轉(zhuǎn)（取其中時(shí)間短者）。車(chē)輛滿(mǎn)載上坡應(yīng)適當(dāng)使拌筒旋轉(zhuǎn)速度加快。車(chē)到交貨地點(diǎn)后，把卸料溜槽和加長(zhǎng)溜槽轉(zhuǎn)向需卸料的位置。在操縱車(chē)輛尾部?jī)蓚?cè)手柄前，應(yīng)解開(kāi)駕駛室操縱定位鎖緊板，才能實(shí)現(xiàn)拌筒尾部正反轉(zhuǎn)操作。然后根據(jù)工地要求的速度進(jìn)行卸料。
